"I ordered two nice chairs for my new office and sent several messages requesting that they be delivered on either a Monday or Friday when someone would be present. The reply stated that specific days for delivery could not be arranged. I then received a message that the delivery was expected for 10/20, but that did not happen. The next message showed that the delivery was expected for 10/23 so I was hopeful that things would work out. Finally, on Saturday - 10/21 I received a message that the chairs were "out for delivery". The chairs were then delivered to my empty office and placed behind the back door. The boxes were very damaged with multiple dents and loose tape, but the chairs were intact. The FedEx delivery person apparently signed my name for the delivery!! This was outrageous! Furniture needs to be delivered when the customer can accept it or arrangements must be made to allow the item to be brought into a home or office. I was not happy with this outcome, but do like the chairs."

"The coffee table was received as ordered and on time. Very well packed, one large box inside another large box with ample styrofoam and cardboard padding. Assembly was a bit more difficult than expected. (Assembly tip: Line up all screws loosely at first until all screws are properly seated, then tighten them down to complete assembly.) That said, it only took us 30 minutes to unpack and assemble. Very nice complement to our living room. We're very satisfied with the product. "
"This headboard is a combination of decent quality and price. It was very easy to install. All bolts and screws were provided and the instructions were easy to understand. The simple design is nice and would go well with all styles of decor. It could use more padding, especially around the edges. It arrived promptly. The "cafe" color is a little darker than shown in the picture. I would recommend the lighter color if you are working with all neutrals. "
"We wanted a round table for the kitchen with drop down flaps. We looked on Houzz App because of previous success for many other items. This Brazilian Rubber table is the perfect size and has two hinged flaps. The delivery was quick and the packaging was excellent. The build directions were clearly illustrated and easy to follow & complete. The table is sturdy, handsome, and will provide ample seating for 4 or 5 people. "I do like that these allow a shirt to hang without slipping, clips for pants or skirt, and a hook in front to hang another hanger (think: pants clipped, suit jacket on hanger, shirt on a hanger on the hook in front). So it multitasks. It's a bit thicker than I expected and I hope to save space with the front hook to hang items from. Good quality. "
