"I did receive my order but I was charged $10 extra AUD than the website advised in AUD. No response to my query as to why.... Then I received my order and the contents had leaked in transit. I advised them and that I had lost about 10% of my product due to leakage and still no response... But when I had an item to return for a refund, and jumped through all the ridiculous hoops required in there return policy, they didn't honor there end and refund my money. They kept my item and never sent my refund. Finally I got a call from a man saying it would take about 7 weeks for my refund to come through, its been months since then, still no refund or reply to my emails. (DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE)."

I was not provided with any despatch information via email.
I've since been on their website and found my order no. I followed my order number, and I could see a tracking number which was with Asendia. I typed in my tracking number and see "your tracking number is invalid".
I would stay away from House of Beauty World.
I now understand why they don't offer Paypal.
Buyer beware. I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing an order for almost $100 AUD.
