"I placed an order and was canceled due to not being in stock for 45 days. I've waited 6 months for a desk and 13 months for a dishwasher through COVID. They didn't even give me an option to wait for stock. I called the phone number and was told they only correspond through email and was hung up on when asked why my order was canceled. I asked via email and never got a response. Don't do business with this company! "

"Fell in love with this beautiful leather sectional with 3 recliners built in at my neighbors house. Went to the store where they purchased it, but did not like their extended warranty. Expensive and only 2 years. Found HomeCinemaCenter online. Price was much better and the warranty was for 3 years at a better price than the retail store where my neighbors purchased their couch.

"I found a sofa in a store that was supposed to have to lowest prices in the country. Thought I would verify if their claim was true. I found HCC online and they carried my sofa. I was amazed at the price difference. I saved almost $600 and that included taxes, delivery, setup and a 3 year warranty. The service was 5 star. The people I worked with were so helpful on the purchase and helped me save as much money as I could. The other company told me it would be a 10 month wait to get my sofa, but I got mine from in less than a months.
That was the biggest plus. They kept me up to date on the delivery date and I got earlier than expected. After delivery they were there to ensure my satisfaction and sent all of my warranty information. I would definitely buy from them again"

Once I was notified of pending delivery, I chose a date, they followed up and confirmed, and the delivery guys were here 30 minutes early (with a call to let me know) so that was awesome too! "I have ordered sofa/love seat/recliner set from HOmeCinemaCenter last month. I spoke with Maria, who was wonderful! I got my set about 3 weeks later. The delivery was White Glove and perfect. The delivery people were very nice and put everything together and removed all packaging!
We needed to order more furniture for my sister's/my home in NC and we called Maria again from HCC. She made sure that we got all of the appropriate discounts for the Magnolia Manor living room entertainment center/coffee table/end table. I also ordered a full bedroom set about 2 days later and she was still able to combine the 2 orders to get me another discount by combining the orders! YAY!
The furniture was delivered approximately 2 weeks later. The bedroom set was available earlier, but we wanted 1 delivery. I was pleased in both deliveries and will be ordering again from Home Cinema Center. "
