"Ordered 2 Parker House desks totaling just under $2,000 from HCC in January 2022. They were finally delivered in April of 2022 and both items were damaged - one had deep scratches on the top and the other had a crushed corner on the desktop. I refused delivery but the defective items were re-delivered 3 weeks later as HCC and Parker House won't take the items back unless a repair has been attempted. They sent out a factory authorized repair service who made 2 visits over 2 months attempting to repair the products. They determined that the items cannot be repaired and referred it back to HCC and Parker House. After not hearing anything from HCC customer service, I contacted them and they said the issue had been closed as the repairs were made. I sent Kelly updated pictures showing the repairs weren't made and haven't heard anything from HCC. They ignore every email and every phone call I make. I contacted Parker House directly and sent all of the same pictures and they have were going to investigate and I haven't heard any response from them. Don't buy from these people. They absolutely do not stand behind the products they sell."

"I found a sofa in a store that was supposed to have to lowest prices in the country. Thought I would verify if their claim was true. I found HomeCinemaCenter.com online and they carried my sofa. I was amazed at the price difference. I saved almost 2k and that included taxes, delivery, setup and a 3 year warranty.
The service was 5 star. The people I worked with were so helpful on the purchase and helped me save as
much money as I could. The other company told me it would be a 5 month wait to get my sofa, but I got mine from HCC in less than 4 weeks. That was the biggest plus.
