"Received a damaged item and got a cookie cutter email asking for tons of photos that they will send the manufacturer. Instead of dealing with it themselves (return/refund), they are waiting for a response from this company based out of Italy. I expected much more than this. Probably should have gone with another vendor."
"I ordered two Kartell items from Hive on July 1, 2020. The next day I received an email which let me know that one of the items is on back order and the second item will leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. The back ordered item is pretty expensive and I reached out to Hive on July 3. As you call Hive, you would never be able to speak to an individual. You can only leave a message. I left a detailed message and asked to call me back. It never happened. On July 6 they sent me another email to let me know that the first item is on back order and the second item will leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. I called the company again on July 11 and left a message asking to give me a status on the second item, at least. This survey came to my email on the same day. Not a coincidence as I see it. Hive positions itself as a high-end shopping place. They charge the credit card for the items that are not shipped yet, they are not reachable via the phone and do not deliver within the promised time period. I will give them couple days and will reach out to my credit card company to revert this order. It is very easy to lose trust, pretty hard to build it . "

"Made a significant (for me) purchase because of a promotional offer that Hive was running, but was a little tentative because of some rather negative reviews online. Could not pass up the opportunity since this manufacturer rarely goes on sale and am pleased to say that the transaction went as smooth as could be and did not have any issues whatsoever with the transportation provider (CEVA). I was offered a window for delivery and they were right in the expected window. Overbox was a little beat up, but that's to be expected, and there were no issues whatsoever with the product itself. Wholly recommend this reseller!"
