I reached out to this company to try to exchange the dress. No response. I reached out again and then was told the 14 day exchange/ return period had passed. Of course the timeframe would pass if there was no response to my first request. So now I’m **** with a dress that doesn’t fix. Worst experience with this company. "

But the second one looked nothing like the picture it looks horrible on me and I wanted to return it. There is no way to return it without massive fees, and penalties, "returning it would incur high shipping fees and 15% of the item price will be charged for restocking fee (because of the re-inspection, sanitization, dry cleaning, storage management)". This quote is their first option: "We suggest taking the dress to a local tailor to make any necessary alterations to achieve a better fit. If you decide to keep the item to make alterations, or use it for another event, resell, or donate it, we would be happy to offer you a 13% discount on the item's price". Please pick a different Website I ended up with a gift card for 70% of the value on the website I am afraid to use. Best of luck and may the odds forever be in your favor."
"I did a lot of research in trying to find a dress for my sisters wedding, I was impressed with the selection Hebeos offered. I ordered three dresses in total, one for the wedding and one for the rehearsal dinner. the third dress was because I ordered the wrong color in one of the dresses and thought I would just return the one I made a mistake on. My sister cancelled her wedding due to her fiancé being hospitalized in an accident and I obviously no longer need the dresses. The site says 14 day return no problems and instead I am being sent a two page list of hoops I have to jump through and a 15% restocking fee which is NOT mentioned on the site ANYWHERE. These dresses have not been worn! You have to then go through the hassle of dealing with DHL services and have to pay for international shipping which by the time your finished with this crazy journey you get maybe half your money back. Was NOT WORTH IT. If I had known I wouldn't have bought from this place. "
"As soon as I received the dress, I tried it on and contacted Hebeos right away to get a refund for the dress as it was too big for me and not very supportive in the bust area. I still have not been able to return my dress. If I had known that the return process was going to be this difficult, I would not have ordered my dress from Hebeos.com. "

"First- I did receive the dresses I ordered even quicker than expected, so that was a pleasant surprise! However, when I first ordered them, my order was cancelled because they “can’t afford to have dresses returned” and I had ordered 5.
So in spite of the many posts all over the website offering a discount on 3 items and easy returns, that apparently has a ton of fine print.
Luckily I will be able to find other uses for the dresses, but I shouldn’t have had to beg them to let me order the dresses, which took another 4-5 days of going back and forth.
The dresses themselves are all pretty, and I ordered a straight off the rack size (didn’t send custom measurements), and they all fit about as expected (slightly on the smaller side, but that’s typical for international sizing and bridal gowns).
Again, besides being taken back by the sudden shift on return policy and the delayed order because of that, I was pretty happy with ordering my wedding dress(es) from Hebeos and would recommend them for your dress purchase. "
"I ordered this dress for my sister's wedding. The material is gorgeous! Feels so fresh, flowy and very comfortable. I like this style dress for us ladies, that are too blessed. I got the dusty sage green. I did order the biggest size, and I got it in time to get it altered. Totally recommend! I will post a picture after the wedding.
