"Horrible I received the dress tried it on the dress only zip up half way grant you I ordered a size up. Then look just see where these were made its Hong Kong their sizing isn't good. So I e mail them about a refund I getting a hard time with them on this. They want me to resend it to China with the packing slip and I didn't receive a packing slip plus the dress was shipped from Chicago so why send it to China.
All I ask is for a refund I don't want nothing off on anything else because I wouldn't order from them if someone paid me. So I'm freaking upset, I never had a problem ordering from any other company. I'm in a wedding now I have go spend more money on another dress where I will be going in to try it on before I purchase. I'm just an angry customer who wants a refund that's it."
"The dress I ordered was not made correctly and when I tried to return it for a refund I was asked to keep it and told I should try to sell it to someone else. Apparently they don’t do refunds. I am very disappointed because I am out two hundred bucks and have a dress that I can’t wear because the slit goes up to the bra line. Ridiculous. I will not be shopping with this company again. "
