"I received my dress in the timeframe promised, so I was happy about that. When the dress arrived it had a terrible smell to it. I paid for specific measurements and paid an additional fee to have a jacket made. The zipper on the dress is extremely difficult to move up and down. I am afraid of breaking it. The jacket is tiny, I sent very accurate measurements, so I am not sure why this happened. I can't return it because of the special measurements. I also included a measurement for the length, and it is correct. It is a pretty dress, I am hoping I can still make it work."

"I would say for the most part the experience was good in the sense that someone contacted me to confirm my measurements. I originally ordered two different dress sizes because I wasn't sure which one would fit me but they refunded the other size and sent me the size based on my measurements. The only issue is that the top part of the dress is way too loose so I have to get it altered. Not all women who are a size 18 have DD ****. Mine are small at a C so the dress is ill fitting on top. Other than that, the experience was good. "
