"I was disappointed that the dress is fairly close to the one in the picture but the area around the chest is severely off. Instead of adding any details, it's like they threw in some pads into see through netting and called it good. I'm scrambling to find something else that doesn't look like two shoulder pads are concealing my chest. It's obvious too, the lines are sharp and they aren't concealed. The skirt is lovely though, and I'm probably still going to use the dress, it just feels they gave up halfway and thought it looked good enough. The hair pieces that came are cute and will work great."
"It was very disappointed that the site did not provide the correct inventory for a particular item I wanted to order. The emails that would converse back-and-forth with customer service seem automated. I had to confirm more than five times concerning the purchase at hand. I hope the team can update the website with the correct inventory to avoid this mistake again with another customer."
"So I ordered this dress not really knowing what to expect. The dress literally came in less than the time frame that it said so I was super glad about it. The package is super small the way they send it but it not anything you can’t get steamed out. I just ordered the size I thought my dress would be since I have tried on dresses before. If you are going to do that I would suggest to maybe go up a size but overall I am super excited to have my wedding dress. I going to have some alterations done to it. "Easy to use website. Good communication and fairly quick delivery. I ordered it on November 30 and received it December 15th. This gown is just as beautiful in person as it is online. It fit perfectly everywhere except around the bust. This dress has a side zip and I could barely get it zipped without my husband helping me. I guess I better lose some weight! For reference, my bust measures 36 and I ordered a 36 1/2 but I should have ordered a size up. I weigh around 143 lbs. It looks really good on. I am wearing it as a mother of the bride dress. (I also had to smear some coconut oil along the zipper to make it glide more easily.)"

They offered me a 10% discount, then a 70% voucher, and after threatening to report their website as a scam offered me the return, however I have to pay the restock fee, the shipping, the dry clean… which I’ll do, but what a joke this place is. If you’re going to chance it, don’t customize your order. "

"The dress was beautiful BUT that doesn’t matter if it doesn’t fit! I went by their sizing chart and measured to find my fit… and I sized up from my normal dress size that I purchase every where else. When I got the dress (in time for the special event) and tried it on, it wouldn’t even come close to zipping. Extremely small in the bust area for a normal size 12 and the dress size was a 14. It fit every where else. Spoke with a seamstress who said there is no way to fix that. Started the process to return, over two weeks ago and they said I could keep the dress and donate it and then they would give me 20% off my next dress?!?!?!?! So I replied, they could take the dress back and donate it and I could get my money back. They said they would have to clean the dress and restocking it would be 15%… that’s better than nothing right? So I agreed (after I spoke my thoughts) and then I got another email stating the same thing… carry it to someone to fix it, check-can’t be done! Keep the dress and receive a discount-no thanks, we discussed this… refund please! Still waiting! Oh and let’s not forget the emails where I had to send my measurements AND pictures of how it did not fit!!!!! If they had a store, yes I would go in and probably make a purchase but this online stuff! No Thanks!!!! 11/8 was when I started this process of trying to return this dress!!! "

It took me only a week to decide from all these beautiful dresses. Once I received my dress I feel in love with the quality and the details. "After carefully reviewing their return policy I bought 3 different dresses hoping one would work for my upcoming wedding. This dresses arrived and right off the bat one looked super cheap in material. The other two were nice but their sizing is so off since they’re actually located in China that I couldn’t even get my arms in one. I attempted to return and they wanted photos of me in each dress with my measurements on a sheet of paper that I was to hold in front of me in each dress as if to shame me. I have to pay for shipping back to China and include the required information written on a sheet of paper and might receive a refund, other option is to get a 33% off coupon. I ended up getting my actual dress from JJ’s House. DO NOT BUY FROM HEBEOS!!! "
