"Cropping my business cards was a task too tough for GotPrint. With a ruled box border, the image needs to be centered on the card, not dancing around up, down, left & right. When confronted with my concern, GotPrint stated that they couldn't control that parameter and offered store credit, not a refund for my dissatisfaction. They never intend to refund or reprint, only to push more unacceptable service. I will use Vistaprint in the future."
