"Had difficulty generating image with high enough resolution to print well on a large sign. Would have been much easier if gotprint accepted svg files. Took several tries with different file types to generate quality image, but sign turned out well. One step stake with two 5 in tall rods 7.5 in apart included to hold up 36" wide X 24" tall sign."
"I tried to tell someone on the phone that the app wasn’t functioning well and they didn’t care to listen. One dude was helpful but others just always sounded annoyed to help. Also asked them over a printing issue and was like ‘ugh stop talking to me and go to the site and do it there. Another was that prints were rejected yet they are private to me?..and seen them print adult material but not mine? Guess it’s about who you know?.. Hope some of those things change. "
