"Cropping my business cards was a task too tough for GotPrint. With a ruled box border, the image needs to be centered on the card, not dancing around up, down, left & right. When confronted with my concern, GotPrint stated that they couldn't control that parameter and offered store credit, not a refund for my dissatisfaction. They never intend to refund or reprint, only to push more unacceptable service. I will use Vistaprint in the future."

"Avoid them at all cost. They are already overpriced and sent me an unusable product. Straight to the trash, I made circular stickers and they cut it wrong. Don't trust in their safe area. They don't have quality checking so they don't care how the product looks. When i complained they said it was my responsibility. Bad customer service. I wish I can give zero star"
