Ordering Icom IC-7610

"When I first ordered the Icom, IC- 7610 I had accidentally ordered 2 from two different parts of the ad a gentleman called me on Saturday the 18th and we corrected the order it was very helpful and I also ordered the BA 1 remote control software for the radio. They were expecting shipments of these radios the first week of December that works out perfect for me thank you."

"Giga Parts used UPS to shipmy order and UPS HAS ALREADY sent me 2 notices of delayed delivery due to their work load levels. Haven’t yet received my package as of your request to rate my experience with the company. Giga needs to understand that the delivery company that they use has a Huge Impact upon the customers over all opinion. "

We show that your order was placed with 3-10 business day shipping. The tracking shows that your order shipped on 11/7 and delivered on 11/10.

The tracking does not show any delays. Perhaps you have this shipment confused with another vendor or shipment. We never want to disappoint a customer. We have a variety of shipping time frames and carriers available. Please do not hesitate to inquire prior to shipment. Also if you select the 2-6 business day shipping method you can place a Customer Note in your order and designate what carrier you would like for us to ship your package. The 3-10 business day shipping is an Economy shipping method and can go by a variety of carriers. We value your business! We are always just a phone call , chat, or email away to assist you prior to your purchase to assure we meet your needs!”
