I was getting ready to write Gigaparts off my future orders and then Sue S. came to rescue. She said she would take care of it and get it to me asap. She was true to her word(s). Because all of my previous experiences have been 5 star with Gigaparts, I'm gonna write this one off as a "One time issue".

One part of the order arrived on a Friday the other on a Monday. It created a short delay for me to be able to use the new radio. Other than that, I really liked the service.
The best part was I saved quite a bit of money ordering from GigaParts Direct. If I would have ordered the same things on Amazon, I would have paid significantly more.
