It's taken over a month (closer to two really) to get the issue resolved.
Communication has been spotty with seller.
Made one request for accommodation: that the replacement be expedited. That request was summarily ignored.

This led me to discover the order actually got shipped on the 22nd, 2 weeks after they claimed it was shipped! (And, too late for Christmas.) Two more weeks have passed since I wrote the above comments. GetYourTech apparently saw my comments and felt badly enough to refund 10% of my order amount! Also, the item actually did finally arrive at its destination, just not in time for Christmas. I have therefore slightly increased my ratings, and might consider purchasing from GYT again."

"I did alot of searching for the items for my fiance's gift, and by far Getyourtech.com had the best price anywhere. I was so excited about the prices that I did not check the company out or even read any reviews. After I told my fiance about the purchase we started to dig for info on the company. I wanted to cancel my order immediately after reading about how bad service was. But the transaction was already in progress so I decided to wait. I emailed them for info ( you never get a name just responses to your questions ) I started to get nervous when I asked for the status of my order but after the weekend they finally got back to me. But to sum it all up, I got all of my products in mint condition and with out and surprise charges or issues. Just the lack of customer service. I personally do not think Good Customer Service still exists....people just take those jobs now to feed their families,the customer is the last thing on their minds."
