"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....SCAM ALL THE WAY...ordered some headphones from them on 12-28-10, as of Jan 5 my CC had been charged and my order still not shipped. Cannot get anyone on the phone or respond to emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!"

"BAD BAD COMPANY. Sent me the completely wrong item so I sent it back and asked for a refund. Its been two weeks since they received it and no refund has been given. I tried calling, but every time I do they say the claims department is busy and that I will get a call back. This is one of those "run around" customer service websites that will hold off as long as they can to refund your money. I do not recommend anyone buying from this company."

"I ordered several items from GetYourTech because their prices seemed lower than other web vendors. What an exercise in false economy! I received the wrong cell phone battery (probably due to my own incompetence in ordering the wrong item, not their sending what I didn't order). The invoice contained no information on returns, so I went back to their website and found that GetYourTech has no telephone number listed. Nor is any phone number available in the White Pages. The only way to communicate with them is by e-mail. Moreover, the return policy requires the customer to notify GetYourTech within 3 days of order receipt in order to arrange a return. After four e-mails over 12 days, with electronic acknowledgement of receipt, no response whatsoever. I've given up and decided to eat the $30 for the battery I can't use.

In addition, the three items I ordered were each shipped separately, but I received confirmation of shipment with a tracking number (which never worked) for only one shipment. The last item finally arrived 1 month after I placed the order, and the product was defective. I returned it to the manufacturer rather than attempt further communication with GetYourTech.

In summary, perhaps we are getting too complacent regarding the reliability of web vendors. Caveat emptor. If you really, really want to save your pennies and don't care about aggravation, order from these folks. All others stay away! I will certainly never deal with them again.

"It is not so much winning free gas, but I just have to voice my experience with my order. I am so disappointed on the sound and quality of this phone. What's even worst is the return policy. "Ron, the owner conducts absurd customer service skills, he took my order and forgot to write down my unit number and had the audacity to tell me I never gave him one, if you live in an a apartment, duplex, etc... and are ordering something you clearly would not make that mistake ever. He forgot to write it down and refused to take care of his mistake, his words were "I take orders all day, I don't make mistakes" Don't give him your business, give it to someone with customer service skills."

"I ordered two HP ink cartridges (#95 and #96) in November. They sent me old stock. The package reads: "Install by Sept. 08."

When I emailed GetYourTech and asked why they sent me expired cartridges and what they planned to do about it, I never heard back from them.

So, thumbs down on this outfit. They apparently do not stand by their products. This is no way to run a business.

"I ordered Photoshop CS3. GetYourTech had the best price. After I ordered, I didn't hear anything about when it might ship. After reading old ratings here, I started getting nervous. I email them and they responded that everything was fine and they were under new management. I'm glad to report that I did get the software in a timely manner and have no complaints. If they give the same service consistently, I will purchase from them again."

"My order was placed 10/13/07 and my credit card was billed immediately. As of 11/29/07 I had not received my item and seller would not answer any of my multiple email requests for follow-up and there is no phone number available to call.

I purchase 5-10K every month through online transactions. This company gives online retailing a very bad image.

"The website www.getyourtech.com offered a 5-10 day processing time and free shipping, so I decided to go through them. I made a purchase on 10/05/07 and I had waited several weeks for this to be shipped, however, my order status on their website always just read “processing.” So, on 10/20/07, I contacted them only to be informed that my order is being process and the item was expected the coming week. I waited another 9 days and my status was still “processing,” therefore sent them another contact through their customer service. I did not receive a reply, so on 11/01/07 and posted another contact inquiring if I would actually even receive the item. I hadn’t received a response from the company, so I went to check my order status at www.getyourtech.com the next day, and the website was closed. I became very frustrated and filed a dispute with PayPal, the service I used to give them my payment. Getyourtech.com replied once again, only to inform me it was special order and required 3 weeks processing time—well, it had now been a month. I replied to them and informed that I in fact wanted my order canceled and money refunded. The very same day I received an e-mail from getyourtech.com informing me that even though their website was closed, they did have my order and can still process it if I would like. NOT A CHANCE. Let’s say for everybody’s sake, it is better their website is now closed—do not do business with them. "

"On the seller website (Getyourtech.com)it stated that item will ship within 3-5 days. Two days later I got an e-mail stating that my order has been shipped. So I wait for the items thinking I will receive them in about a week. After two weeks I have not gotten my items I ordered, even thou an e-mail came and state that my order has been shipped. I contacted the seller and they stated that I have not received my items. The seller then stated that items are on back order and that it will be another 3-5 days for me to receive the items. I did not want to wait and canceled the order. The communication was very poor and order handling was conducted in a non professional manner by seller. The whole process was misleading and I was misled by seller.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER-COMPANY.

"They took the money, sent a form email, and then no contact. It has been a week no updates on my order on their website, no reply to the 6 emails I have sent. "I placed an order for a Palm TX cover on 7/19/07, and received email confirmations from the seller and from Google. But, as of 8/07/07, but I have not received my order, nor does GetYourTech respond to my email requests for a status update. When logging into their order status webpage, it says I have no pending orders, yet my credit card was processed via Google Checkout. I also cannot get anyone at Google Checkout to respond to my requests for information. With no phone numbers to contact either Google Checkout or GetYourTech, I would URGE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS with either one of these providers. "Customer Service" does not exist!

8/7/07 GetYourTech finally responded to an email, stating that this is a special order item and that processing normally takes 5-10 business days. It has already been 14 business days and the merchandise has not yet been shipped.
