"Do not use! I ordered a gate opener 7 days ago. I received an email on the 7th day stating it is getting ready to ship. I was told it would arrive this week and when I called to find out what was going on they told me that the tech was out for the Thanksgiving week. I then said well that is not my fault as I was told it would ship the next day. It was an item that was in stock. I told Mike Mcbee that needed to take care of over night delivery so that I could receive in time for the install. He told me that he would call me if there were any problems getting approval. I called him 3 times and was blown off. I spoke to a supervisor “supposedly” and was told that the item shipped this afternoon and would be shipped ground. I am really disappointed and this is costing me money now. I directly asked if it would ship out before the holiday and was told yes. The messed up and wouldn’t even take care of it for me. Don’t waste your time like they have mine! "
