"Do NOT do business with this company. I've been through the ringer with them. I'll try to be brief, but here's the story.
Placed my first order with them at the beginning of June. Website says many of my item are in stock and it will ship same day. 9 days later no shipment, no product, website shows order as "processing" even though they charged my credit card immediately. After SEVERAL days and attempts to contact Gamebay and get a cancellation and refund it finally took a Better Business Bureau complaint and credit card dispute to get acknowledgement of refund and cancellation.
Then a couple of days later I get a phone call from someone at Gamebay apologizing and asking me to rescind my poor rating of their store in exchange for an apology and a $20 gift credit to their store. I figured hey, anybody can make a mistake and they did make an effort to rectify it (way after the fact, but whatever), so I agreed, and changed my rating to a positive one.
Well now I've placed a new order with the gift certificate they gave me and the SAME THING IS HAPPENING AGAIN! Website says there are 16 in stock and it will ship the same day. I ordered this 4 days ago and no shipment yet, website says order is 'processing'. In addition, I emailed customer service yesterday around midday to find out what is going on, and now 36 hours later I still have not heard back from them.
DO NOT CHANCE IT BY DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CAN GET THE SAME PRODUCTS AT NEARLY THE SAME PRICE WITH REPUTABLE WEBSITES SUCH AS AMAZON.COM OR NEWEGG.COM. Even if you have to pay a dollar or two more to do so, believe me the piece of mind that you will actually receive what you ordered will be well worth it.
