"This was a horrible experience and won't be using their services again. I was able to access their order status screen once since placing my order and have not been able to access it since. If being offered a nice convenient way to track an order, it would be nice if it actually worked more than %1 of the time. When contacting customer service for assistance I was given a copy and paste answer that asked for my patience but didn't provide any information that I could use other than speculation on where my order was.
My order arrived 8 days late, however it was in working condition and was exactly what I had ordered. "
