"I am having a strikingly similar experience to the person who rated Gamebay down...USPS says they received my package almost a week ago, but we did not actually get it, no person actually answers the phone at their customer service desk. I am hoping for a positive resolution to this issue.

I did get a response from the gamebay customer service by email and they seemed genuinely concerned. I asked them to track the package and it was delivered the next day. 10 days after purchase.
