"Update: I was contacted by their support after writing this review and they shipped me a replacement. If it took writing a bad review to get them to notice me, then I would consider it still bad. On the other hand, if they were simply late in responding, then I would change the rating to 3 stars.

This purchase has been one of my worst experiences in my very long time. First, they never sent me a notification that the item was shipped, and since I never received an order update from them and since I never received the item, I assumed there was a delay. But after about 10 days, I was curious and checked the online status, it said it was already delivered.

The local USPS said they did deliver it after confirming with the carrier. I don't know if it was left at a wrong house, or if someone stole it, but I tried to contact gamebay with help and so far I haven't even been able to contact anyone. My support ticket went unanswered after 1 week even with repeated reminders. I tried to call them several times, and had no luck reaching anyone (it always goes to voice mail) and never received a call back for my voice messages (in fact, the call terminates while leaving voice messages). Their customer service is absolutely the worst out there. I am really surprised how they have such a good rating here, may be they are gaming the system, or resellerratings is no longer independent and reliable?

I hope to get back my money from a CC claim, but I did wish it was delivered for Christmas."
