"After much faffing around I finally get it! G2A is like AuoTrader not Amazon.

If you have any issues with a third party seller you are on your own. G2A cannot help.

Buying from G2A is fairly straightforward although their is some uncertainty around their sourcing of game keys.

Their is a subscription button and fee's for inactivity, also a transaction fee which increases the total price (on new titles, you'll save pennies, not pounds) so check each page before you proceed.

If your buying from a third party, check the reviews or your going to get burned.

Bottom line, buying from G2A direct is like buying any second hand product, some risk. If your buying from a third party the risk increases so you need to thoroughly check out the buyers reviews.

Compare prices as they are certainly not always cheaper. Summary, G2A is a honey trap, behind lots of fanfare and show its on par with online Poker sites a lot of effort has gone into dressing up a second hand site and hiding lots of hidden charges."

"To qualify for any help from g2a they want the customer to go and report fraud at local police station and provide stamped evidence of doing so. Imagine that.

J'ai acheté des codes Bitdefender 5 appareils 1 an provenant d'un certain vendeur.

Tous les codes achetés ont été annulés et désactivés par Bitdefender POUR FRAUDE.

J'ai essayé de me faire rembourser auprès de G2A car j'avais payé la garantie "MoneyBack" mais c'est une autre arnaque ! Ils demandent qu'on aille porter plainte auprès d'un poste de police contre le vendeur, dont on a AUCUNE INFORMATION.

G2A cache toutes les informations de ses vendeurs, et refusent de donner transmettre ses coordonnées. Le vendeur ne donne aucune information non plus dans sa commande et vous pouvez toujours courir pour avoir une facture !

Mais c'est pas tout, G2A n'offre AUCUN SERVICE EN FRANCAIS !
Ils vous répondent toujours en anglais.

Ainsi je résume :
1. G2A permet la vente de produits contrefaits et désactivés par la marque Bitdefender
2. Vous payez une garantie obligatoire auprès de G2A, qui est une ARNAQUE, car ils demandent des actions inacceptables et illégales en France pour vous faire rembourser !
En effet, un produit est soit remplacé soit remboursé si il ne marche pas. C'est la loi !

3. Ils ne parlent que Anglais et sont basés à Hong Kong !
