"I bought several games, and three keys didn't work, so I created a ticket. I was waiting for a support for almost two months straight. First key got refunded, but the fun only began. One of the tickets took so long, I simply forgot about it. The last time I checked it, there was a response from the seller with a question I couldn't answer. In the end that particular ticket got rejected. The third one was my mistake, so I reselled that key at the very platform. After successful sell I had to wait more than two weeks for my money to be transferred.
For sure, I will never again buy anything from G2A. Their customer service is utter BS, unless you pay them for priority.
Oh, I almost forgot. They charged me $2 for nothing and after issuing that fact, they didn't respond.

So i send their costumer support a ticket so they can refund me the money, but they blocked my account and deleted the ticket so i created another account they blocked me again. All I can say is these peaces of **** just want money, they don't care about the costumer all they care is their money. I know steam offers games why more expensive but it's worth spending 59 bucks on the game then 45 and get nothing. "

The seller asks for screenshots and I send them. Seller wants more. I also purchased Shield so I escalate it to claim. They treat me like I'm the bad guy but I am the guy being scammed. 10 days go buy without resolution and my 14 year old is completely frustrated. I buy the card at Walmart and the code works perfect. I tell G2A I just want my money back. I lost $60.00 being scammed by G2A."
