I have bought 12000 Fifa points for PC by mistake instead of PS5. They never listened to me and said that is my mistake and did not return the money, although the code was not used. I hope the company goes bankrupt or somebody sues and closes them.
You have no protection from the site against scamming. They just blame their seller and bla bla that they are a market and that is your fault until you do not want to fight with them or you have no ways of fighting with them.

"Got the wrong key for something (only $7 purchase, no big deal, I've used them in the past). Open a ticket, get told to contact the seller. Contacted seller, no response, my original ticket randomly closes. Open a new ticket, they say to get their "money back guarantee" I need to file a police report. Yeah I'll totally file a police report for $7. Never using them again."

The seller and support were of absolutely no help and I had a simple exchange request. (Home license exchange for Enterprise of course willing to pay the difference.)
Their money-back guarantee is a total hoax."
"This company is a big fraud, I bought MS Office license, the activation key never worked, contacted their support many times to cancel the order and refund and they kept on replying that "Click on Phone activation and send us your 63 numbers ID and we will activate your key with Microsoft team." We waited for hours on phone and were never able to get 63 numbers ID. We begged them to refund, they never did, I filed a dispute with AMEX Today to give us credit for this fraudulent charge. Beware and never buy anything from the Fraud at amesterdam."
"G2A itself cannot be recommended at all due to the acceptance of fraud. I bought a gift card from a seller, who then provided me with a wrong code.
The contacted seller did not react at all and also the G2A support was not trying to help (only sending standard messages).
What make it clear that the marketplace is clearly not to recommend at all is when I posted a negative rating. Then magically the seller answered but demanded that I change my rating and not willing to do anything before.
And also that was completely ignored by the G2A support. They now send you to the police, in the hope that you give up then or after that give you more excuses.
Stay away from this market place

"I was provided a key that turned out to be a duplicate. Per Steam Support, it was redeemed 12 days before I bought it. I made a G2A ticket and after a month, I've only received 2 responses from the Seller despite my constant request for an update, and it's been 2 weeks since I submitted a "money back guarantee claim." They finally told me that in order to receive my £12 I would have to file and provide proof of a police report. I have NEVER heard of a company requiring a police report in order to process a refund. What a scummy, fraudulent business. I am never using them again."
"Charged me twice for 1 key. Payment screen froze then sent through two transactions when I hit refresh. No reply from seller. Reported to PayPal. PayPal said it was not a claim as I made two transactions. I explained the payment screen froze and it was g2as error. No help from paypal. Reported to my bank and got refunded via direct debit guarantee. Received replies from g2a but couldn't read them as g2a blocked my account so I could not even communicate with them via online ticket support. Sent pictures of my passport and myself to unlock accoun as requested from g2a. Got another reply saying they would still not unlock my account accusing me of fraud. Terrible experience. Refusing to admit a mistake for a grand total of £19.17. buyer beware their awful payment screen especially on mobile devices. Embarrassed for them. Will be reporting to trading standards and ombudsman retail ombudsman tomorrow."
