"I thought I was buying from Fitness Factory location in Pennsylvania, I'm also in PA. Listing said they ship in 2-3 business days. It's been 2 weeks and still hasn't arrived. FedEx called and said one package of 5 was being delivered by end of day yesterday and I had to sign for the package. I rescheduled some prior appointments to accommodate FedEx. FedEx tracking had delivery being 1/28/2022 by end of day until after 9pm, then changed it to Delayed No Shipping Date. I see the weight stack is coming from California! And we know what's happening in California with the trains being looted! When is my PowerTec weight stack arriving? I've ordered from a fitness equipment company in Georgia large commercial Cybex, Paramount and Magnum Fitness pieces and they were delivered in 2 days to Pittsburgh...right to my door for free! “Im sorry for the delay however I can only assume you didn't order that Cybex stuff in the middle of a global pandemic. . We too have gotten equipment to customers the very next day. The listing also says 7 to 10 business days not 2. We certainly got it shipped fast enough to make the 10 day window but it looks as if Fedex is having some trouble which doesn't help you any but is completely out of our control.
