BAD, HORRIBLE SERVICE

"My item was shipped via FedEx on 10/26/21. Delivery was promised in 3 days. Today is 11/13/21 and I am still waiting for my package. Many calls now and many runs around the bush. No real explanation.
WARNING ⚠️ IF ANYONE BUYS ONLINE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MERCHANT DOES NOT USE FEDEX FOR SHIPPING OR YOU WILL BE HAVING THE SAME SHIPPING PROBLEMS.

"These people are the very height of laziness! I had my gate open for delivery of a heavy package...the driver dropped it at the open gate and i had to get it in myself.
Not easy when elderly and ill. thanks for NOTHING...i will only use ups in the future!

FedEx lost or stole package

"Worse shipping company I have ever had an experience with I order my product from the US express shipping to Canada Ontario which was a pre order so I have been waiting for the product for a bit I get a message that my package had been delivered I had been waiting for it knowing that is was coming but there was no package no door ring nothing I called FedEx they said they would investigate took almost a week to find out that they said it was delivered which is a lie cause I don’t have my package and that if I didn’t receive it that it’s lost and to call the shipper so now I don’t have my product and lost the money I spent. This is the first time a package of mine has been lost and it was with FedEx."

FedEx Lost or Stole my Package!

"FedEx lost my package. It made it to the Kent, WA facility (my city) then got lost or stolen by a FedEx employee. FedEx flat out refused to contact the shipper to let them know my package never got deliver. Janice, from FedEx flat said I have to contact my shipper Rocky Brands/XtraTuff, who also isn’t answer phones or responding to emails, then said “I have to end this call.” FedEx ****! I would never recommend them ever!!! They are an embarrassment!!!"

No delivery, lies.

"They claim cannot deliver due to weather, calling they claim no drivers. After 3 days finally out for delivery. Young lady delivering will not come down a dirt road to deliver. Called and they said it would be rerouted and delivered by 6:30. Not so. Been here for 20 years, never a problem with any other carriers. Just do what you are being paid to do! I do not appreciate being lied to "

The Worst

"I'm not going to repeat all the problems mentioned in all the other reviews. Yes, 95% od deliveries are AT LEAST 5 days late, up to a month. And, on the rare occasion they do actually deliver on-time, they deliver tothe wrong address, usually several blocks away.
My solution is to no longer order from any company that cannot offer me an alternate delivery service. I then notify the company's corporate office that I will be placing all my orders with one of their competitors who will ship via a reliable company. For example, I order online constantly from Home Depot, however they will not allow me to request an alternate delivery company. Even their phone reps said the majority of their calls related to FedEx problems. When I emailed their corporate HQ, I received several emails trying to keep me as a customer. The person also sent a few emails begging to talk to me on the phone about it, which I refused since she had made it clear via email that there was no alternative they could offer me. I have done the same with several other companies I used to order a lot from. Of course, I have also asked everyone I know to do the same. FedEx isn't going to change. But, if enough pressure can be put on the companies that ship via them, then maybe more companies will stop using them, as Amazon did due to all their delivery problems. Trying to complain to FedEx or put pressure on them will get you nowhere, as they simply don't care. But, the corporate HQ's of the major retailers do take notice, especially the more they hear from customers they are losing.
Just my approach and 2-cents.

Unbelievable poor delivery skill & customer service

"No shipping process update after 09/22 for 7 days, and then suddenly the 1st delivery attempted on 09/29 (Wed) but nobody was at home (now I'm not sure delivery person really came to my house or different house).
Next day (09/30, Thu), did not attempt to deliver and wasted whole day for waiting a package.
On 10/01 (Fri), waited for whole day but nobody rang a doorbell even saw a FedEx delivery truck two times passing home. However, delivery process showed the 2nd attempt was made around 3 PM. Delivery person is a liar or cannot read a number of address??? Called before 4 PM, and told me the 3rd attempt will be made before 11 AM on 10/02 (Sat).
On 10/02 (Sat), nobody showed up till noon.
Called customer service again but kept saying the 3rd attempt will be made before 8 PM.
Which means I'm stuck at home till whole day again.
Unbelievable, nobody showed up. I cannot trust FedEx either !!!
Tomorrow (Sun), will call and ask do not try to deliver next Monday,
and I will pick my package up from Portland FedEx on 10/04 (Mon).

Beyond Horrible and a Nightmare to Deal with!

"1 star? for what, losing the package? Fedex is a nightmare! If you value your business and your customers, stay away from this company. It has no integrity and no responsibility to your merchandise. As a result, it will screw up your customers and your business is done for.

I work for a retail company who use Fedex as one of its shipping partners. What a mess we get ourselves into, I realize!

I have a package ship from one of our other location to our store for a customer. Tracking says Friday for arrival, it does not. I called Fedex phone rep. They state the package in Newark. Still, we open a case for a lost package just to be safe. 24-48h, someone will call me.
Next day, 24h later, nothing, I call them back. Phone rep knows nothing, so I ask to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor said Sunday would be delivered. I was surprised because I had never seen Fedex delivering on weekend to our store but maybe she knows more! (what a joke!)
Sunday comes, nothing, called phone center again - same routine: Tuesday deliver. I am already so fed up with empty promise. Requested to pick up but no I have to call back on Monday morning because nobody is there on Sunday.
Monday morning, called back, wanting to pick up in two hours - ask rep if ok? rep said ok. I drove 45 mins to Newark, a lady at Newark location was talking to me on telecom/phone: package arrived at 3am in the morning there, it is mixed up in the place together with other boxes, can't pick up. (Tracking infor n phone rep states package in Newark on Friday/Saturday. So she lieing or tracking + previous rep lieing?) A time wasting trip for nothing but disappointment and I called in advance. Desperate, I requested her to call me back if she finds the package since the tracking information is no longer updated. She said ok. She never called back.
Tuesday, nothing, I called back. Fedex Rep: Shipper puts some hold on the item, shipper has to make notice for pick up, Wednesday will be delivered. What a joke because I am the person who requests for the shipping. Putting on some pressure on her since it has been 5 days and the whole thing is so fishy. Asked to speak to a supervisor. 30 mins waiting on phone later, supervisor did not bother to talk, same lady comes back: your package is lost, the shipper will have to start a claim process. Shipper, aka me: Wow!

I have never seen such irresponsible, worthless business conduct. Every day, a rep would come up with excuse, on several occasion, different stories that do not add up and oh the empty promise of delivery. I have worked in retail 15+ years. Life does happen. This is unfortunately not a first package goes missing from a fail postal service. However, this level of incompetent is truly cant be match. If you have a need, avoid Fedex, especially for business because they will screw you till you bankrupt since your business is as good as the customer is happy. Just imagine, if my customer had to go through these 5 days, they would have gone through hell. Amazon has to ban their 3rd parties from using Fedex recently, now I know why! What a ---- show!

Don't use them if possible

"I'm absolutely irate. They lost my package and sent it to someone else. I never got my item after all this turmoil. Why doesn't this company do things like Amazon where they take pictures and require signature for expensive items. This is absolutely ridiculous and I just lost a 32in 4k gaming monitor. "

Absolutely horrible

"Absolutely horrible. All I’m trying to do is try to track a package and make it extremely complicated the fact that I can’t call nobody with the stupid tracking system you guys have extremely frustrating. I will absolutely never use this service You guys provide again I was looking forward to getting this delivery for my son. Absolutely thank you for absolutely nothing I threw away my money. Waste of time

"I am calling since last few days to get my parcel.

Issue No 1: you are not able to deliver to my home address which is just 2 kms away from the original address and not able to change it?

Issue 2: not allowing me to pick up (understandable due to lockdown)

issue 3: we agreed that the driver will call me 10-15 minutes before delivering the parcel. but since last 3 days I calling fedex and repeating same thing and getting same answer from different agetn but delivery being attemped to old address and no one calling me.

I still do not have my parcel and such a waste of time.

I have called 20+ times and still I have not got my parcel. this is really frustrating to waste my time and your service is so poor to handle this minor issue which is very bigger problem for me.
