HORRIBLE, Just HORRIBLE!!!!

"After asking (YES, in person; happen to be home and caught him trying to drop at wrong door) for the delivery person to place packages on front stoop (where all other delivery services place my boxes) and still placing them at WRONG door. I left a large note on the WRONG door, still he places them there, really what. gives. Its an exposed place on a side street about 10 ft from the road. NOW, he just leaves them in the yard. YES, on the grass scattered on the lawn. Just not worth using fedex service. I have called and, yes, I changed my note about deliver location, but nothing works. They just DO NOT CARE AT ALL!!!! Will not use this service any more, will be checking vendors to make sure delivery is UPS or USPS. Very sad!!! Any time I have called customer service (if you can call it that) I end up getting no where!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!"

"On may 12, 2022 my daughter in law mailed my passport to me from
Kamloops to Toronto. She paid for over night and received a receipt saying delivery for May 13 before 20:00. It didn’t come and still didn’t come by Monday. 4 days of calling and no one could give us an answer. It cost me $400 to re-book my flight because I didn’t get my passport in the time I was told. Monday I found out which depot it was at and I was told that they couldn’t guarantee I would get it that day, which would mean I would have to re-book my flight again, so I went down to pick it up myself. It was the depot on commissioner, I talked to a lady by the name of Jacky on the phone to state I was on my way. When I got there I asked to speak with her. There is an employee door with a window and she knew she was coming to talk to me, I saw her walking towards me actually flexing her muscles and giggling. I guess she thought this was funny and ready for some conflict. When she came out I started to tell her my issue, she told me to stop talking and she was going to talk first. So I let her, she started enlightening me about fed ex policy and procedure, and I asked her when she was going to give me a chance to talk. So she let me. I showed her my receipts, with dates and wording that clearly states overnight delivery and delivery date. She states that fed ex doesn’t guarantee and that if we wanted a Saturday delivery we would have had to ask. I said that we were no told that and the words overnight to me means overnight. She says that she has worked there for 30 years, and that’s how it is, maybe so, but I don’t work there and don’t know that, so as an employee, that should be explained to customers. She claims not, I should have known. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I told her that she should put her fed ex knowledge as side and take a look at how a customer could interrupt this by a delivery date and the word overnight! She laughed at me and basically told me I was ridiculous. Another lady jumped in, as Jacky and I were BOTH raised voices, and said she would call security on me and that she was going to keep my package and not give it to me. If you had skilled workers, the conversation would have gone something like this. “I see the wording and can understand how you could have interrupted it the way you did. That’s not how we do things and I’m sorry this happened to you.” Not starting with muscle flexing, asking me to stop talking, and then talking to me like I’m dumb. That’s called escalating a situation! A gentleman that gave me my package, and helped me was amazing! And I wanted him to be recognized! But the 2 ladies, I have owed businesses and there is absolutely no way they would be a part of my team! Rude rude and rude! Zero skills when it comes to dealing with people!!!!! I want to make a formal complaint about the service as well as how I was treated by these 2 ladies! I will never ever recommend your company, I will never use your company and I will be posting my story on every social media place I can and review boards! My husband works for a large corporation, and is going to make sure that your service will not be used by them. I have a very big mouth. I am not done with this.

Apparently FedEx no longer cares about their customers

"Apparently FedEx no longer cares about their customers. I live in Independence, Mo and continually get packages from an apartment complex on 45th Street delivered to my residence. Yet FedEx sends the customer a text or email that their package was delivered.

I have called FedEx numerous times and it seems to fall on deaf ears.

I have left signs on the porch altering the drivers not to deliver a package that does not have the same address as mine on the shipping label.

So, how many folks are thinking their packages are stolen when in FedEx continually delivers them to the wrong address. How much money is lost by the consumers or businesses due to these practices?

I have started notifying the customers to pick up their packages at the police department in hopes they would complain to FedEx. This has happened at least twenty times.

Horrible Customer Service....Gone from Bad to Worse....on multiple poor experiences!

"Customer service has gone from bad to terrible. Yet another "late" delivery with NO ability to track my package. With all the technology available today...You'd think FedEx could tell me where my package is. Website tracking tells me one thing; store manager tells me another thing; corp customer "service" tells me yet another thing!! 3 different answers for where my package "is"....yet my package was not delivered as promised. FedEx has really gone down hill and hired a bunch of incompetent employees. Just sad!

My last delivery was made to the wrong address a couple blocks away (an iPad).

They seem to screw up EVERY time I use them! They've managed to hire lots of incompetent people who really don't care are delivering packages or customer service....its sad!

Avoid FedEx if you can....UPS is much better

FED up with EXcuses

"How is it that FedEx lost a Large Motivational Wall Poster "TEAMWORK" w/ 29" X 23" Black Framed bought off eBay? We are not talking a tiny package here! I'm missing another package today! The FedEx tracking site says it's still in Ohio, their automated phone system says it has left Ohio. The FedEx agent in Mexico says it's in Ohio. Who's correct. The agent in Mexico refused to let me speak with a supervisor and then hung up on me after 30 minutes on the phone!"

COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT

"This company has no business being in business, they cannot deliver and never have been able to deliver. I am once again getting to the point of not ordering from companies that ship via FedEx because it is ALWAYS a problem.
If they cannot deliver why are they in the delivery business?!?!?!
complain tot he companies the use them I did and some will ship with a decent carrier, esp. if you tell them you will find someone else to purchase from!

High cost, low service

"Their online tracking is not kept up to date and not the first time I've experienced this I have a package that showed sitting in the same place for nearly a week with no movement it was a gift for someone that has now passed and I still do not have the package it was ordered on the 6th today is the 22nd it's not anywhere near the estimated delivery date as when I ordered it and I still do not have it however oddly i placed orders from the same vendor that were shipped through the same carrier FedEx after this particular order and I received those but still haven't received the first order so if you're needing something by a certain date I would think twice if FedEx is the carrier "

Disappointed by FedEx

"I shipped my package on Feb 1st through FedEx and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. Tracking shows it is in Memphis, TN since Feb 2nd.
I called them a few times and visited their local center. Once they put the phone down on me when I pushed for more information.
They just keep telling me they will update me when they have more info. All talk, no action for 15 days. I might lose a job for their terrible service!

SUCH A TRASH COMPANY!!

"3 days in a row I waited in my living room with my blinds and front door open. No one ever came but all three days they said they attempted a delivery. There was no paper stating that thy attempted anything. I never saw a FedEx truck near my house. When I called about it the representative said that my package would arrive at the FedEx building at 8pm but the building closes at 8pm. I swear they're doing everything to keep it from me. I will NEVER use FedEx again. I didn't choose them, the site I ordered from did but I know I will ALWAYS look at the shipping company. This company is a waste of time and needs to be shut down"

Thiefs

"They are thiefs, no other company charge the sender and the recipient without notice to any of them, the excuse is they have to pay for taxes but they don't give you the copy of that supposed payment. I have to pay $40 dollars for a Christmas gift from my brother from USA who already paid $100 there. Shame on you Fedex, I always suggest people and friends to avoid using your services."

Negative Stars

If I could give negative stars in this review, I would. FedEx has become nothing short of a joke recently. I have been waiting on a large electronic package that needs a signature and they have not even attempted to deliver the package. 3 days in a row they lied and said they attempted delivery... but they must not have noticed that I have cameras that show no attempt or person coming to the door at all. Now they are saying I have to pick it up even though I called them and told them the attempts were a lie. They literally said the delivery person stated they tried to deliver it so that's what they are going to believe...not my cameras. Then they kept asking me about the door tag but no one even came on my porch so I never received a door tag. It's snowing and there are no tracks in the snow or footage of even a truck driving by... are they ghosts? Today I called the shipper who contacted FedEx. They told them they were going to attempt another delivery today before close, and predictably they did not. The worst part is, they updated the tracking notes to say the called me when they never did. FedEx told me there is no way to contact the driver or to confirm if they have delivered anything ... so what is to stop them from stealing packages and lying about delivering them? When I asked this question to the customer service rep, they laughed. I have never had a job where I could lie and not work and have zero consequences or accountability. The summation of an investigation is basically asking the driver if they delivered and believing their word, ignoring the proof that says otherwise. This is a dream job for scammers. If anyone is looking to be lazy and steal packages and get paid all day to do it, you should work for FedEx.

"My experience was horrible with FedEx. My package says it was "delivered" 5 days ago. 5 days later, I have still never received this package. Stick to USPS or UPS. Better reliability for a cheaper price."

Take legal action to close this company

"WORST SERVICE, there should be a legal action to take against this company I’m pretty much sure a lot of people will agree, it’s a waste of TIME AND EXPERIENCE, you can’t enjoy it as long as you see the vendor uses fedex because they have been loosing packages or can’t deliver since years, no use of telling a **** company best is to sue them with a meaningful case, that’s how they work"
