"Bought a furnace it had hidden damage that was not discovered until being installed so I called several furnace companies they gave up trying to get it to work after 3 hours trying to diagnose the problem I contacted Essential Hardware told them the problem they said it would it to some other department Well surprise surprise surprise that department said I have to go through the manufacturer for help I told them that it was damaged either in shipping or rough handling at their warehouse it's not a manufacturer issue and what about your 30 day hassle free return policy Response oh now you missed the 30 day limit. What a sham over $1300 for something that doesn't even work. Also their rewards points they don't tell you that you can't even use them for 30 days"
