"worst shopping experience ever! BUYER BEWARE. ....
placed an order on june 24, 2015. said i would receive order in 5 biz days, 2 weeks late i contact them... 'order is sitting in warehouse, don't know why' ... 'we'll escalate this and get it right out'. another week goes by.... i contact them again... 'order sitting in our warehouse... don't know why' ... we'll escalate this and send it right out' ..... another week goes by, i contact them again and again same story!!!! ... i used pay pal to make the purchase so i filed a claim with pay pal and am in process of getting my money back.
I WILL NEVER do business with essential hardware again! EVER! I would leave a negative star review if it were an option!!"

"The amount of incompetence is unbelievable! Placed an order 10 days ago and paid for the 2-3 day delivery. here we are almost two weeks later and no order, matter of fact when i called they did not even have a tracking number because they claimed it takes 24-48 hours to process....its been much longer than that!!!! after getting attitude from a customer service rep i was sent to a manager who said she would take care of it. the next day i got an email saying the order had been cancelled. than i called again and they told me it was not cancelled. i still have not received my money back nor have i received my shipment. Avoid these amateurs at all cost! i will never shop here again, this company is pathetic."

"Not pleased at ALL. Ordered deck stain, deck wash, brushes, and paint buckets and then paid for rush shipping for an important time-sensitive deck staining job. They cancelled my order due to "shipping laws" which I only discovered after my order never arrived. No emailed notice of cancellation, no phone call either, and the customer service rep had no idea why it was cancelled (after I waited on hold for 10 minutes), but promised to find out and call me back. I got an email instead of a phone call...referencing "shipping laws". I would not recommend buying from these guys. No accountability and very poor customer service on my order."

"Zero accountability. I bought solar lights for my lawn mid February. They come in a set of 9 individual lights and 5 of them have already stopped working. I called and they said it's been longer than 30 days so there's nothing they can do. Well I think there's a lot of stuff they can do. They can send me new lights, they can refund me, they can stand behind the product they're selling. When buying home furnishings you would definitely expect them to last longer than the 30. Very disappointed in the product and customer service. "
