"I ordered in Feb 2023. I got a call March 7 to pay the invoice, the product had arrived and my order would ship. Every week since March 7 I was told I would get a call from the delivery company confirming a delivery date. Week after week promises were made and none were kept. They told me my order would arrive this week AGAIN. Then they told me that I would get a call this week to confirm the delivery date. I didn't hear back as usual. So today being Friday, I told them they had till 5 or I was calling my credit card company to reverse the charges. They called telling me I would get a call from the freight company today ... No call.
When I say they probably promised me at least 10 times that my delivery would be scheduled and I would have the product by a certain date...I am not overstating the amount of lies/misinformation I was given. Seven weeks after they made me pay for the order so that delivery was not unnecessarily held up .....I still do not have a confirmed delivery date and I am done.
Avoid the aggravation, don't do it! I wish I had read this review before I placed my order. Good luck, hope you don't live the same hassle and nightmare I have with this company."

"Did everything they said they would. Obtained the furniture at a great price compared to what we could negotiate at the Ashley store. They exceeded the delivery window communicated. Delivery was flawless. Went for $100 for their setup. The guys whom came out were efficient did a great job. Was skeptical based on some bad reviews and most of the good reviews were for BEFORE delivery, but did a little research and decided it was worth the risk. Decided to leave my review for AFTER delivery. Great company to work with from Samantha to Tiffy to Andrian and to the great delivery guys."
