"My purchase was great, my only comment is that the website says "Instant Download" and "available for immediate use", but it took about15 min before I received the email with the link to do the download. That was totally fine, but I wasn't aware that'd be the case - I assumed instant & immediate meant, well... just that. I was assisting a person who struggles with technology, and was left sitting there looking like a lost puppy cuz nothing was happening. So I called the help # and right away connected to a rep who told me to wait 15-20 min until my credit card cleared or whatever... and then everything was great. But it would have been helpful if, after the purchase was made, the confirmation stated to wait a few minutes - I'm sure the reps grow weary of repeating that same message over & over to callers like myself."

"I just got my vision restored to 20/20 in both eyes. My computer didn't have a word processor so I bought this one but I was afraid of an interrupted download.
Much to the joy of myself and associates, that very day I was able attend to some really difficult correspondence and print it by wi-fi to my office computer. Without any instructions. It was absolutely intuitive with good conformity to what I've already learned over the years. Also the best price I've found. If I had some sticky gold stars I'd give you guys however many to would like. No, just kidding. I'd give you five stars."
