"I received a product other than what I ordered. Yes, it's the more expensive version than what I ordered and got it at the same price, BUT I DID NOT WANT IT. I specifically chose the one I did! What I received has apps I don't need and don't want, and they just take up memory space! They also make "Office" more susceptible to invasive external invaders!
Also, the program link caused an improper installation that needed to be repaired, and it took 2 days to get the help to do it!
Then I asked a question about the availability of a program. No reply from them. I asked again. Still the only reply to that second request was an automated request asking if I was answered and if I'm satisfied.
I probably will never buy from them again."
