Terrible product

"Hi,
I don't ever write reviews but I felt it necessary for this product. My husband ordered an arrangement for me & it was terrible. He ordered chocolate strawberries & it came with white chocolate (he specified milk chocolate he knows i don't care for white chocolate) & he included a card with the order which there was no card.
The fruit was so awful that I couldn't eat it. The grapes were so mushy & the cantaloupe & honeydew were not ripe. They were very hard.
He called to complain & the best they said they could do was give him 20% off his next order! Um excuse me. Next order? Never! They should have given him the 20% off the order that was horrible!
We will never use this service again!
Very dissatisfied!!!

Cancelled my order but still charged me

"I placed an order for a birthday gift and got a confirmation number and they charged my card but they never delivered and when I went to check it just says it was cancelled. No explanation and of course they are closed now. Funny how they can cancel an order without contacting me but the can’t return my money. I will be calling the bank in the morning and also them. Too bad they already ruined the birthday gift. This company Charges top dollar but doesn’t deliver top service. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. NEXT STOP BBB!"

"its been 5 days since Valentines day and I still have not received my order or a call and the local store will not even answer their phone. What kind of company is this? Seriously ruined our Valentines day. "

Super Disappointed

"I placed an order for delivery for my parents anniversary which was February 12
I find out today - Feb 15th - that my order was canceled - not by me
I tried calling multiple times both at the West Boynton branch and the main customer service number
I was on hold for over 20 minutes - no one ever answered the phone
I have emailed but I’ve gotten no responses except for the cancellation notice which I just received
I will continue to put negative reviews on google and wherever else you can until I’m not mad anymore but I’m pretty mad so it’s gonna be a while.
I plan to post them weekly because that’s all that I can really do
in this day and age there’s so much technology and so many easy ways to provide customer service — there’s no excuse

Horrible service

"I ordered something for my husband 3 days before valentine’s day and at 4:30 on valentine’s day they called me to tell me they didn’t have most of the stuff I ordered they charged me twice, the manager at the Woodberry location in Minnesota hang up on me and when I talked to the owner Candice Schmidt she told me she couldn’t help me, you guys are fraud !!!! I don’t even know how you guys still open ! "

Rotten fruit, terrible customer service

"We received one of two packages on Valentines Day and when I bit into the chocolate covered strawberry, it was mushy and rotten. All the strawberries had to be thrown away. Only thing edible was the pineapple and chocolate pops. We were suppose to receive two packages and it took hours on the phone for it to finally delivered the next day. I told the delivery person how disgusting and rotten the first package was and she said that hopefully this one is better. Really??"

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

"I am do very displeased and highly disappointed as to how my order for my mother's birthday was handled. I had placed the order for my mother's birthday a few days prior to. I spent a healthy amount of time customizing and creating the perfect gift for her to have delivered to her while she was working. Upon delivery half of the order was missing, those items being the balloons. I called the location I had chosen for this occasion demanding answers. The woman I spoke with simply tells me," the balloons weren't delivered because we ran out of helium". At the very least , someone could have taken the time to give me a courtesy call to tell me prior to so I could have made other arrangements. I've been a loyal customer for several years using edible arrangements for numerous occasions. Edible arrangements ruined my mother's gift and for that will no longer be receiving my business. "

Valentines Day Dissapointment

"Edible Arrangements really dropped the ball this year on valentines day! I ordered 10 days ahead of time and never got my package and it's almost been a week. I will never order "special delights" from this place again. I hope you are wise enough to go another route or else you will be hugely dissapointed. I called every location near me and none of them had my order, not only was customer service rude they also couldn't help me. The only way I could get my money back was to contact my card company and file a dispute for FRAUD!!!"

Valentines Day Horror Story

"Utterly frustrating!!! Ordered Large Red Velvet Bouquet and (3) boxes dipped strawberries on Feb 11 with a pick-up on the 14th @4:00. I showed up to a room full of disgruntled folks complaining their order was not ready, most had ordered that morning. I thought, surely my order is ready I ordered it days ago. I was WRONG... I had to wait over an hour for them to fulfill the order. It would have been comical if I was not so aggravated; the employee came back to ask me my name three times so they could find my order. They brought out the bouquet and one box and thanked me for my order, roughly 40 minutes throughout the process, I advised them they were still missing two additional boxes, so I waited an additional 30 minute.

To make things even more disappointing, once I got home my wife and daughters started to dig in and realized 20% of the strawberries were still green.

I typically buy Shari's Berries and thought I would got another route this year. I am the fool here and will not be making that mistake again.

Ruined our valentine's day!

"Delivered my husband a small tray of burnt cookies when I ordered a a large tray of FRUIT! NO BALLOON and no refund for the balloon I paid for. When I call to complain I got cussed at and hung up on, when I go to the store to get what I paid for I get met by an employee my son had to restrain because he tried to PUNCH ME! STAY AWAY! BTW cops were called and 1000% on my side! Stay clear! Oh and been on hold for over 2 hours to talk to someone at customer service and still no answer! "

Horrible Service

"I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for Valentine's Day. However no deliveries ever came. Then I emailed the company as that was their prompt from the chat site. However no one ever contacted me back, via phone, text, or email regarding their disgusting service. I then contacted my payment company and advised them NOT to render payment to this poorly ran company as the product was NEVER received. Then I emailed the company and advised to cancel my order once I received notification from my payment company that a case has been opened and they contacted the company directly on my behalf as the merchandise has NOT been delivered. Then low and behold a few hours later Edible Arrangements decided to make and deliver the arrangement after a claim has been opened against them. I received a phone call from the delivery person stating that they have a delivery and what to do with it. I advised them to take it back as I cancelled that order and i will NOT be rendering payment for this HORRIBLE SERVICE they provide. Oh and the delivery person hung up on me. I called her right back and advised her to take it back as I was not paying for a product that I PAID good money to be delivered by a certain date, which never happened. I will NEVER use this company again and will spread the word to everyone I know about this ordeal. This will certainly make me think twice about using delivery services in the future as I may have the same outcome as this HORRIBLE COMPANY. TO EVERYONE WHO WILL READ THIS ACTUAL REAL REVIEW *** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DELIVERY NEEDS AS THEY WILL DEFINITELY SCREW IT UP AND CHARGE YOU GOOD MONEY FOR IT. Never received order!!!!

"Order was placed February 12th for deliver on February 14th. Order was never received. We can't get anyone on the phone at the store and have been on hold with the toll free number for 11 minutes so far. Guess I'll be making a trip to the store here in a few!"

"Husband ordered fruit bouquet and it was never delivered, yet they took the money out of our account. Do some research, which we should have done, but this has been going on for years!!! Freed of Edible Arrangements Corporate

" Edible Corporate for hours did not fix a system issue which plagued all the stores across the country. For hours stores could not pull online orders into their stores nor even open them.Edible Corporate refused to turn off online orders to the store despite the franchisee of the store I was working in begging them to do so.I was working as a temp. customer service person in one of the stores and saw what the franchisee and her permanent workers went through.It was so bad that the store could not even reach their internal corporate support phone support system as they were down.This company doesn't care about their customers nor their franchisees.Do not believe Edible Corporate spin that this is an issue with the stores."
