"My daughter ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me for a Mother's Day gift, I was supposed to receive them on May 15th which was a Friday, instead I got them on Monday the 18th of 2020 and they were rotten! I am so disappointed with Edible arrangements! I suggest not to buy from them period!"
"I ordered an $80 arrangement for Mother's Day to be delivered the friday before Mother's Day. Not delivered til Monday late, melted and broken strawberries and the kicker - they never ever answer the phone. I started an online contact via the website and received an email that I can't reply to saying I would be contacted within 24 hours. That was a week ago. Doesn't look like I will be getting a refund. Filed with BBB for all the good that will do. UNHAPPY!"
"If i could give a -5 star I would. This store processed my payment and NEVER delivered the product. No one seems to know how to answer a phone at this location. When i finally got a hold of customer service i was told my refund would take 7-10 business day. Then after only talking to this lady at customer service for 3 minutes she decides she's ready to get off the phone and states "all we can do is offer a $60 off coupon towards my next purchase" and tells me to have a nice day. Why on Earth would i want a coupon?! I will NEVER use this company again. Beyond rude and unprofessional. I'm sorry she hates her job but that is NOT my problem."

"I'm in Columbus OH and tried to order a fruit arrangement and balloon for my mother in AZ. I paid the extra Saturday delivery. These jokers had no problem charging my card for the full amount... That was supposed to be 5/9/2020. it is now Tuesday 5/12/20. They will not answer the phone, i sat on hold for 30 minutes yesterday. They will not answer the online email complaint i filed yesterday. i just want my money back. I have been a loyal customer of Edible Arrangements for many years, they have always filled orders to my satisfaction. i am very disappointed in this recent event. I will now be forced to dispute the charge through my bank.

Also, i have tried to go into the local store to fix the issue but the only response they have is "they are only doing curbside pickup" which means they were unable to fix my issue. "I ordered the mother's day treats and dessert platter for my mother on May 3rd to be delivered May 6th. I called the store on May 6th at 10:41 a.m. to see what time the delivery would be made. I was told the delivery would absolutely be the same day but would be later in the day. I called again at 5:16 p.m. and got no answer to see why my mother's platter had not been delivered yet. After calling 2 more times, getting a message, and not being able to leave a message as the voice-mail was full I called my mother...SHE NEVER RECEIVED HER GIFT!! My mother means EVERYTHING TO ME and I am so hurt. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from here again. This is the worst experience as I live in Columbus and my Mom lives in Cleveland and I couldn't deliver a gift for her personally. I have been crying and am so disappointed at the level of service this business has shown "
