"Our dishwasher stopped working. After taking the unit door cover off, I find that the issue was due to roaches living in the main control circuit board. Good thing is these new units has QR codes on them and to easily find the replacement. Of the many options of vendors to order from, took a chance on Easy Appliance Parts. Product was offered, showed available and was a bit more affordable than the other sites. Order placed and received fairly quickly (within wk) and shortly after we have our dishwasher working again."

"I ordered 2 parts totalling $12.50 for my wash machine. 1) The shipping they charged me was almost equal to the cost of the parts, ($11.45)and then they sent it from the USPS which took 6 days (the box weighed about 5 or 6 ounces, if that 2) Then they charged me tax on the shipping charge,($.69) which I don't even know is legal, making the total shipping charges $12.15) 3) When I contacted them for a refund, I filled out the form stating that they were not the parts for my machine. Then they had me take pictures of the parts that were sent, then they told me it would take 30 days while their warehouse investigated the parts? What part of 'hassle free returns' is that?!
I'm now into Day 4 of their 'hassle free returns'' which more appropriately should read 'Its a hassle to get free returns'!
I would not deal with these people again.
Be warned, do not buy from these people. If this is the 'hassle free returns' offered, I would hate to see a 'hassled return'. There are many other truly hassle free parts places online.
