"In Sept., 2020, I had a front burner switch replaced by a local appliance repair shop with a total cost of $170.13. On 1-24-2023 I replaced another burner switch which I purchased from EasyApplicanceParts.com which came to a total of $50.52, for a savings of $119.61 (not counting the inflation rate for the past 2 years).
When my lid switch went bad in my washer, I again, called upon EasyApplianceParts.com, because of my past good experience with them. After consulting with them it was determined that my lid switch was no longer properly working. With their help, I ordered the correct part, received it, and installed it with ease, not losing any skin on the back of my knuckles, for a total cost of $51.88. "While the products are fine and shipping is prompt, it is nearly impossible to interact with the company. Emails to customer service are never answered and phone calls periodically cannot get through because the is "no customer service rep available" and "please call back later". This is not acceptable and clearly has an impact on my rating. Once it is possible to talk to a live person, issues tend to be resolved satisfactorily.
I had reason to return two orders and have to date received a refund only for one. Contrary to other providers, any shipping cost for a return is born by the customer."
