"I ordered a piece for my microwave. When it arrived, it was broken. I reached out to customer service via email and never heard anything. I then followed up and still got no response."
"I bought a replacement oven door handle. After much research per my appliance model # this door handle was compatible replacement. It turns out the handle is not like what it was replacing. And it is of cheaper material too. And to make matters worse I can't even use it because the screws that came with it were much longer than the original and therefore does not screw tight. I cannot even use the old screws because one of them had snapped and broken off 1 end of the original handle. Overall an expensive mistake. In the end I had to do a work around just to make it fit."

"Our 20+ year old fridge wasn't cooling adequately and the local appliance dealer/servicer said parts weren't available. A little time on the internet and a nutdriver showed it was the evaporator fan motor that had failed.
Another search with fridge model number identified the Easy Appliance part number for the motor. The part was an exact match and solved the problem. We were also pleased that it kept our fridge from contributing to land fill volume, presumably for years to come. "
