"I needed two shelves for my freezer. They had them. I bought them. Price was fair. They shipped them. I got them. All good so far. I install them. They seem to install okay but one of the shelves seems a bit off but not enough to make it unusable. I go to throw the box away and find a small plastic piece that seems to be broken. I took it and found a spot on the shelf that match the broken section. They shipped one of the shelves in its original box. The other shelf someone wrapped by hand with cardboard and tape. That was the shelf that had the piece broken off of it. Like I said, the shelf with the broken piece still works and I am using it. Didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it to get a new one. And who is to say the new one would arrive in any better condition. I would buy parts from these folks again. They seem to have a lot of parts for a lot of appliances. Although they didn't have a lint trap for my dryer. They were out of them. But considering this particular drier is very popular I can under stand that. "

"Placed order 11/27/22, received wrong part 12/2/22. I called customer service and had to Re-purchase the correct part while they determined whether or not to do a refund to me. I had not heard anything back from them and not received a refund, so I tried calling. Kept being redirected to the website to resolve the issue, so I contacted them through email and I finally heard back, and received a refund. In all, it took 5 days to get the wrong part. Then 5 days to get the right part. Then another 20 days to get a refund, and I had to prompt them to do it. I have purchased many appliance parts online over the years, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. This is also the 1st time I have received the wrong part from anywhere else. Needless to say, I will not be using them in the future."
