"I purchased a Hitachi projector, ceiling mount and 92" screen.

I ordered the screen first, but then changed my mind and called them a day later and ordered everything.

I received the screen right away and it seems like good quality.

However, I have yet to receive the projector and ceiling mount. In fact, they had to call me to ask which mount I had ordered - I don't think they wrote it down.

Today I called them to get a tracking number for the projector and ceiling mount. I explained that I had received the screen, but hadn't gotten the projector/ceiling mount yet. I asked if they had been sent. They said yes.

They sent me the tracking number for the screen (which I have already received) and nothing for the projector/screen.

They charged me $50 for shipping which seemed ok, but then they used Canada Post so it takes 7-10 days instead of a courier who would have gotten it here in 2 or maybe 3 days.

I tried to call, but their voicemail box is full so I couldn't even leave a message.

Just hoping I get the product as advertised. I really hope I don't have to return it or use their warranty at all. This could be a major pain in the butt to save a couple hundred dollars.

I am feeling like I made a mistake.

"I had been reading reviews of projectors forever and until I found eastporters I had my mind set on a panny 900. Then i realized I could actually get the epson 800 for 2.5k less than the US retail. Initially I was worried since it was a japanese unit but I gave in and order.

This had to be the fastest shipping I have ever seen. Ordered late Wednesday night and it arrived that Friday morning. Ive only had one day to mess around with it, but it needed almost no calibration and it is one of the most beautiful pictures Ive ever seen. "Got the Epson TW600 and a 120" electric up and running a couple of days ago. They look great with any source I feed it. After Canada Post messed up the original order, Eastporters sent a second projector within days. The COD option is convenient and highly recommended. The Elunevision screen performs very well (for its price) and displays no hot-spots or colour problems. The 1.4 gain is also a good option with a larger screen. The TW600 is a nice bright projector for a large screen, with excellent color balance and very good black levels, it really "pops" right out of the box. It delivers an excellent picture sitting at 1.9x screen width back, with no visible pixel structure. Items were delivered fast and very well packaged. With shipping and taxes included in the purchase price they provide a real deal on a package. I would highly recommend Eastporters if you are looking for a good deal on a projector and screen in Canada."

"I purchased a Hitachi TX200 and a 92" EluneVision Electric screen from Dave from eastporters.com. I'm extremly happy with the performance of these products. The projector is great, it's picture is very sharp and bright, I can't wait to get HD and really see what it can do. Because of the low price I wasn't sure what to expect with the screen. I was pleasently suprised when I pulled out of the box and installed it. It's remote and wall control pad are cool and looks to be of good quality. The picture is very punchy and detailed.
