I saved over Cdn$1500 compared to the Best Big Box price in the city. Communication and service was fast and eficient and the product was delivered to the local post office in less than a week.
The projector itself amazes me everytime I watch a DVD or high def CFL football. The setup menus are in Japanese, as advertised, but translations are available so not a big deal. Remote is in English.

No issues with the projector and it has performed flawlessly out of the box. HDTV, DVD and my Xbox look incredible......it makes old content new again because of the image size and quality.
