"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE & RETAILER!!!
Purchased a laptop as a gift for Christmas and received a dead unit out the box, would not power on...nothing! Imagine presenting this to a loved one, how embarrassing it was! I notified them about it, all I got was "What is the serial #" and "You can return it for a replacement, RMA good for 30 days after that no refund or exchange will be given". I did not even get an apology for receiving a bad product or for the inconvenience. Read the 1st paragraph under their INFO page...Yeah right, horrible shopping experience and crappy hospitality is more like it.

I would advise NOT to do business with. Please read the ratings...apparently their services are a hit or a miss. I would hate for someone to end up with a miss like me. I will try to get a refund minus the 15% restock fee and $5 handle charge, but judging from some of the other reviews and my experience so far, I don't thing I'll have any luck. I would dread having to send this unit back and have to wait for a replacement because I don't know what shape the replacement is going to be in. Then I might have to go through the whole thing again....This company is a no no for me and everyone I know....January 4th, 2007.

"They lost my original order placed online on 12/20/06. Called in and placed the order again, they wrote the email address wrong so I never received an email confirmation. Called back in and talked to Jeff who could nto even figure out how to look up the order and then told me I had done something wrong. Called back in again and talked to customer service who was finally able to look up the order and give me the order number.

If only Newegg had the same part in stock. The card is 274.99 there as opposed to 347.98 and 5.64 shipping as opposed to 14.27. Hosed on the price AND we received bad service.

My company will never EVER use this company again.

"PriceGrabber pointed me to "SaveAtEagle" for the best price, and good reviews. I was not disappointed.

Order confirmed via email on Sun, Dec. 3rd 07:16:16 CST 2006. Warned via email on Dec. 4th, that "...order is delayed. Your order is due to ship on or before Tuesday (12/12)." Received Tracking Number via email on Dec. 6th, and package was at door noon of Dec. 7th.

Can't say enough good things about that kind of communication and thoroughness. I will go out of my way to shop at this store again, as this was my first experience, and it was VERY positive.

"Purchased a Logitech Cordless Headset for the Xbox. Item was defective. When I contacted vendor to replace product, they stated that I "was sold the last one" and that I had to contact Logitech directly. (The item still shows in stock http://www.saveateagle.com/***-***-****-v000.html?c=ns on their Web site.) Not impressed with customer service and will not reorder from them again if they can't even take care of a simple issue like a replacement."

"I purchased a Boston Acoustics radio from Eagle at 30% less than the next lowest seller. The item was sent out the next day well packaged and arrived safely, I was extremely impressed by the follow ups to see if everything was satisfactory. This was one of the best internet buying experiences and I would recommend Eagle computers to any future purchasers.
