After problems with another merchant, I checked which Google-found seller of the PC model I wanted was a reseller with good ratings on resellerratings.com. I found the merchandise I wanted at a good price at Eagle. There was an issue for billing address being different than delivery address, but my call to customer service was quickly picked up by somebody who was friendly and willing to take the time to check references and get the sale okayed.
The PC and accessories arrived faster than promised and in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with Eagle and will look to them for my next on-line purchase of computer equipment."

"Deceptive business practices. I paid for USPS priority mail because I wanted the item quickly AND USPS has access to the inside of our apartment building and I knew I wouldn't be home when UPS or FedEx came. They shipped the item UPS Ground from their CALIFORNIA warehouse to MA(i.e. fat chance getting it in the 2-3 days USPS Priority would get it here) and didn't bother refunding the difference in shipping. I called customer service to let them know what happened and they said there is a notice on their website that they can do this with some warehouses because USPS isn't available from all warehouses(last I checked, USPS covers the entire US...). Anyway, I go to look for the notice and it is at the extreme bottom of some random info page. Sweet, guys...way to be. The management even refused to talk to me on the phone, so they made the poor CS rep relay all the information from them. "
