"I buy all my stuffs online and was doing phone orders when there was no internet. I can tell you that this company is one of the worst I have dealt with! Ordered a Lenovo 3000 v100 laptop when it is on sale for $899. For almost 5 days there was no communication at all. Now it is canceled because it is not avalailable any more. The fact is that there was not a single person who got the laptop from them in our discussion forum. They did call some people offering far inferior laptops at the same price. Is this a typical tactic of bait and switch? If you go to their website, the same laptop I ordered and they claimed not in stock is now available for $250 more. As soon as they learned that Lenovo is offering a new rebate for this laptop, they canceled all orders and relist them at much higher price. So please do yourself a favour by staying away from them. They are a bunch of crooks! "

"Apparently they outsourced the order to another firm. As a result there was a delay in shipping. They were not very communicative about the status (probably because they couldn't get info from the other store). Eventually I got a tracking number."

"I called this merchant regarding a motherboard I wanted to purchase. I was told that they had three in stock. I hung up the phone and placed the order within 30 seconds of the call. I called the next day and was told that it was at the warehouse and was being shipped. I waited two more days before calling them to inquire about the status of the order because I had not heard anything from them. I was told that the motherboard was on backorder and was not expected for a month or so. When I mentioned that they told me 3 were in stock when I called, they had some lame excuse about how three people must have placed the order before I did. I told them that would be close to impossible and there was just silence on the phone. I cannot beleive how many merchants are like this on the web and how they stay in business with their shady business practices. I would not recommend this merhcant to anyone. Do yourself a favor, like I should have done, and order from reputable merchants like newegg. This company is a joke... and crooked."

"I was concerned with this being a new store and I was buying an expensive printer with external box damage. But the box come in good time, it weighed 110 pounds, and worked perfectly. No shipping costs, and the best discount even compared to TechOnWeb, I ended up saving $250 over their price."

"In a bind for 10 rather expensive SAS adapters that I needed pretty much immediately, I called Jeff at Eagle Computers to make sure that they had them in stock. I was assured that they did.

Two days later I got an email from them saying that their warehouse was going to be shipping the first 3, and that the remaining 7 would ship over a week later.

It's clear that Jeff either didn't check the status, or deliberately lied to me to secure a very expensive sale. I cancelled the order and I'll get it from someone else.

"Item I order was not in stock even though this was not indicated on their website. I recived a call from them indicating it was on back order, so I cancelled my order. The problem was they had already charged my credit card. Its one thing to charge when you know you can ship, its another when you don't even have the product."

"I placed an order late on a Sunday night and my order arrived Wednesday morning via normal, ground shipping. Eagle Computer Systems processed and shipped it the day after I placed the order. "Submitted an order for a basic computer system, on 02/19/2007 after normal business hours. As stated on the web site the order would be shipped the following day. After not receiving any correspondence on the order by 02/23/2007, I sent an email to customer service requesting shipping status and a tracking number for the product. On 02/26/2007 I received an email stating the request had been escalated to their Sales Manager Shannon Spencer to determine the status of your order. After waiting an additional 6.5 hours for that status, I called customer service and was routed to a voice mail box. Since this was in the middle of the business day, I recalled the company and requested to speak to a person about my order. I was given to JEFF, whom after a long period of silence said he would have to check with the warehouse on the order. I offered to hold while he did this, and he said he could not contact them that quickly. I then asked if there was someone else that might be able to help me and he said NO. I then asked to have the order cancelled, and a refund issued to my credit card and he stated he could not do that either. I then inquired as to how we might be able to resolve this matter and he stated that I should call back tomorrow sometime and maybe they would have some information. I asked what time to call to eliminate having to call multiple times and he said 'whenever'. Obviously not a very customer concerned employee, nor interested in trying to resolve my concerns. I would caution anyone looking to make a purchase from this company to beware of their lack of customer concern, and inability to provide information in a timely matter. Make sure you have Lots of time to deal with the customer relations hastles that likely will occur. "

"I finally received the laptop I ordered, but it came with absolutely no documentation only a one page packaging slip. The laptop is in excellent condition. From what I went experience to get this laptop I am feeling lucky that it even works. I'm going to stick with known dealers that I have had good past experience. If I had to make this purchase again I would not."

"These people are cheats and sneaks. I paid via PayPal for a new Samsung 61-inch DLP 1080p TV and ordered it for 3-day delivery. Two days later, I checked my order status and the website said it was cancelled. I called, and they told me that for an order as large as mine, I had to have a "confirmed address" with PayPal. Since I didn't, they cancelled the order. Of course, they never disclosed this requirement in advance, nor did they send me an e-mail notifying me of the cancellation. They then refused to re-do the order for shipment by the day I had previously ordered for no extra cost. Apparently they were hoping to make a few extra bucks in shipping expenses with this swindle. A person named "Jeff" who identified himself as President of the company was a complete jerk -- his "customer service" skills were worse than the average DMV clerk. I will never use this company again and strongly advise against anyone else doing so. "

"I had to have a new monitor by Monday, and placed my order on a Wednesday afternoon. Order was shipped same day as promised, and I was able to track it and had my new monitor by Friday evening. Even better, the price was the lowest out of a number of other merchants I considered purchasing from. Email updates were great, easy to read and I never had to wonder what the status of my order was. Recommending Eagle to all my friends!"
