It was my first time buying through ExcaliberPC website instead of through their store in Ebay. I the experience buying through them directly is great. Sales contacted me to confirm my order as I got it delivered to my place of work in Hong Kong.
Delivery charge was even cheaper than what I normally get quoted in Ebay. Main reason I bought directly is that EXcaliberPC website allows more customisation options than what is shown in Ebay.
Overall great buying experience (also the laptop works perfectly well no issues). I'll buy here again when I need to upgrade my laptop which won't be for a while."

After that they told laptop would take around 7 days to get delivered but they delivered it in 4 days. The service was upto the mark. "I ordered the MSI P65 8RF from ExcaliberPC. Not only did they not charge sales tax (I'm in MD), but the price was cheaper than their competitors...including even Amazon at the time. On top of that, I've read reviews that their competitors weren't sending the wooden case that the 8RF comes in. But ExcaliberPC delivered with the wooden case and suede/leather slip on cover.
During checkout, ExcaliberPC had nearly $200 worth of free MSI goodies thrown in. Including: a cute little MSI stuffed dragon (that I gave to my son), a pair of MSI headphones, an MSI gaming mouse, an MSI gaming controller that my son uses with his laptop for Minecraft, an MSI gaming mousepad, etc.
All of this was a great experience and they shipped quickly. ExcaliberPC is going to be my goto for future PC orders (I was a first time buyer)."

I love the computer, it's incredibly fast and very sleek, definitely along the lines of what I was looking for. Excalibur PC had multiple options via online ordering that allowed me to select all of the important options and the process was simple and straight forward. Laptop delivered quicker than expected.
