"My computer took much longer than expected to be sent because my billing and shipping addresses are not the same due to the fact that I’m in the process of moving. In my opinion that was a little annoying and I didn’t understand why it was a problem, I never had a similar problem on any other site I have shopped on. I never got a message about it so I called to check on my order and that was when they explained this to me. So I had to cancel my order and re submit it now now with amazon pay. The man on the call was helpful and made sure my order was sent the same day so I have to say the customer support is great. Just a little frustrated about the fact that I had to call to become aware of this. Earlier I had recieved an email that said it would take a bit longer to send if the shipping and billing addresses were different but nothing about not being able to send my order.
