typical "call to confirm" like everyone else. then once i didn't bite at the overpriced scam accessories, they canceled my order saying its not in stock all of a sudden.

reseller ratings should also be 1 star for allowing these BLATANTLY fake reviews to be posted."

"Appreciate the attentiveness and initiative of Digital Outlets' support team! We inadvertently ordered a lens for a film camera when we wanted to get one for a digital camera. Digital Outlet saw the order and proactively contacted us to confirm whether or not we were intending to get a film lens! This ended up saving us the hassle/cost of receiving the wrong lens and returning it so we're very grateful to them for noticing and communicating to us."

"Just an unbelievable experience. I have tried contacting the company on several occasions since placing my order on 11/25/15. I finally after my 3rd attempt calling today 12/11/15 ( mind you I've called on two other separate days ) Finally spoke to someone on the phone who did not give their name . I told him that I have been unable to confirm my order or get any response to my multiple emails . I brought up the 10% cancellation fee & was RUDELY thanked for cancelling my order and hung up on. Shortly after this review became active I received a phone call from Josh at Digital Outlets stating that my purchase had been refunded in full w/o a 10% restocking/cancellation fee and to please change my review. I have since adjusted my review sadly I'm still dissatisfied as I've spent far too much energy on this unfortunate purchase or lack there of . Please consider the nonexistent contact info &/or fax number on their website as a cause for concern. Josh did offer to send me a free filter for my camera and I declined. "
