They Need to Learn About Customer Care!

"I ordered a camera for my daughter's birthday on 18 January. They say on their website they have a large in stock supply and normally ship the same or next day. A few days later I still hadn't been notified of the shipment. When I called to check on it, the recording told me they were closed from 20 to 29 January for a "holiday". Then on 2 February, I get an email telling me I have to call for security reasons for them to complete the order. When I called I complained that they had given me no warning on their holiday closure. I was going to ask for a discount for the delay, but never got to that. The guy got mad and told me he was going to cancel my order. I told him I didn't want him to do that, why was he doing that? He told me he was because he wants to and he can."

"I have been in the market for a new professional SLR camera for a few weeks now. Ion doing my research I found that digital outlets.net had the best price on this camera out of any other merchant! Upon placing my order I got an email to confirm my order and talked to a very helpful gentleman, Scott. Who answered all of my questions and actually helped me order the DSLR kit with the 24 - 120 F4 lens which would have served me better than the lens I originally ordered because it has the VR (vibration reduction). The associate was very helpful during my interaction. A few days after placing my order, I decided to do some more thinking and changed my mind. I contacted digitaloutlets.net and again talked to Scott who was very helpful in assisting me cancel my order, unfortunately I need to do some more research on the camera before I order it but I can say that my experience with DigitalOutlets.net was very positive! Thank you for your assistance! "

"I orderd a nikon d3200 and a camera bag on 9/27/15 and i confirmed the order and it still hasn't came yet! It has almost been 3 months and i call them every week and they don't give ne a straight answer then they hang up. 3 weeks ago they told me my order got lost in transit and they will send me another one and give me a tracking code and told me I'll have my camera before Christmas and now on Christmas eve i still haven't gotten my tracking code or camera yet. I feel like they scammed me and i want either a full refund or my camera asap"

"Beware of this store!
I was asked to call to confirm my order. Told that the camera was an imported one and with only store warranty and no camera warranty. This was not described with the item. He then tried to convince me to order the US one which was more expensive and other accessories which I don't need. After I told him that I'd like to stick with the original order, he confirmed my order and hang up. I then found out from my order history that my order was in "back order". The sales never mentioned this to me. I subsequently called them again and was told that it was on back order for 2 weeks even though the ad said the camera can be delivered before Christmas which is 5 days from now. This whole series of events did not sound right to me. I am sure the "back order" will continue to drag on for another 2 weeks, and then another x weeks.
This company is pretty much on the edge of scamming their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
