"Added a second drive to DirecTV DVR Philips704. Ordered on Friday arrived and installed on Monday. Self installation went smooth. Drive plate was narrower than clips in DVR. I clamped the screws against the outer edges of the plate, instead of in the holes. Not really a problem."

Working together we identified what had confused me when I made my original order. I then received the kit I desired, and returned the first kit for credit. Installing the kit went exactly as described in the included directions. My DirectTivo is now fully functional with increased capacity.
