"The shipping was very fast and responsive and it is very convenient that a Crutchfield Warehouse is so close to me. Unfortunately the product did not meet expectations. The sound output when connected through Bluetooth on my OnePlus 9 is very low. I have to turn up the media volume on my phone all the way as well as the vehicle volume all the way. This also introduces a lot of unwanted noise and pops and crackles. This is really disappointing since I could have kept using the OEM factory aux port on the stock head unit as the sound quality was superior than over Bluetooth with this Crux device. I am hoping maybe I can eventually find a way to custom modify it to get the desired volume output. Thankfully there were no other issues with the order itself and the price point was very competitive at Crutchfield compared to other major online retailers. I know it might not be fair to Crutchfield to give such a negative review, especially given everything else besides the product was excellent with my order, however I can't give a higher rating because this is such a serious issue."

"Speakers work as they should. 2002 Ram 2500 quad cab back door speakers were being replaced. The fit in the opening. The wiring harness for the speaker that was recommended was not the correct one but it was sent for free so not a huge deal. Overall happy with the purchase. "

"It is easy to provide feedback about Crutchfield. There is no other AV retailer in the business that has; such passionate audiophile experts, professional staff, patient and willing to spend all the time you need whether it's pre-sales, or post sale support. It's a bonus that they are competitively priced but I would actually pay more for a higher end product from Crutchfield to get the time and support they provide.

I did have an issue with a manufacturer who had a product on back order and the team kept me informed and reached out to the vendor and resolved the issue quite gracefully. Best in the business. Great experience that you would not find in any big box store.

As far as equipment goes we got an LG OLED77C3P TV and love it. We also purchased the S95QR LG sound bar surround sound. I had a vintage system JBL L100T's etc. that I couldn't imagine living without. It's different but the electronics in the new systems are impressive for a company not specializing in speakers. The new features sound very respectable and most of all the clean stealth size made my wife very happy."

"Never tried to install speakers before, but Crutchfield made it so easy. Adding all the adapters and wires I’d need, for FREE, automatically, was a huge plus. Everything I needed was in the box, and the instructions were clear. I do wish the instructions included the steps to attach the adapter they sent, but it was easy enough to figure out. For a moment I thought I had to cut/solder wires since that’s what the instructions said, but I double checked and realized I didn’t have to. Probably user error on my part for missing something. Definitely going to be upgrading the rear speakers soon!"

"These arrived on time setting me up for my install on the weekend. I was pretty pleased with the instructions and the connectors as they hooked up directly so only minimal soldering was needed. Speakers are a huge improvement over the factory speakers so I'm enjoying getting the full range experience finally. Gripes: one of the connectors was just too short, I had to splice extensions onto it. Although they said the speakers would work in my front doors, they're actually blocking the windows from going down all the way. Worth the tradeoff, I think, but still not great. "

"No part of the process was as expected.

When installing the door speakers I had to make modifications to my car, cutting out a substantial amount of the door speaker flange to make the speaker fit my door on both sides, even though I was let to believe the speaker would fit without modifications.

Then when I was installing the dash speakers one of the mounts was broken on the speaker. I made it work because I was already so far along I didn't want to reinstall the old ones...

Then I ran into another issue with the rear deck speakers. The wiring harness sent to me was the wrong one, and I had to search local audio shops to find the right one.

In all, I was promised a low pain experience, but Crutchfield failed to deliver. They only get 3 stars because the speakers still sounded great and delivery and packaging was good. experience was Meh at best."
