Their installation videos on YouTube are also a big plus. In the end, a few dollars more is well spent with Crutchfield."

"The customer service was excellent during my visit to this store. The car audio products are all top notch (as they should be in this higher-end store) and Andrea did a really great job at showcasing their inventory in their show rooms.

My only issue was the WAIT! My purchase date was early December but I had to wait until mid-January (over a month) to get my new subwoofers installed. The subwoofers are incredible and the installation job appears to be very high quality.

I hope to continue being a Crutchfield customer but I will have to weigh the wait time with any potential future purchases."
